        随着污染的日益严重,废气处理系统越来越多的被应用。蓄热式热力焚化炉(RTO) 蓄热式热力焚化炉英文名为“Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer”,故简称为“RTO”。其原理是把有机废气加热到760摄氏度以上,使废气中的VOC在氧化分解成二氧化碳和水。氧化产生的高温气体流经特制的陶瓷蓄热体,使陶瓷体升温而“蓄热”,此“蓄热”用于预热后续进入的有机废气。从而节省废气升温的燃料消耗。陶瓷蓄热体应分成两个(含两个)以上的区或室,每个蓄热室依次经历蓄热-放热-清扫等程序,周而复始,连续工作。蓄热室“放热”后应立即引入部分已处理合格的洁净排气对该蓄热室进行清扫(以保证VOC去除率在95%以上),只有待清扫完成后才能进入“蓄热”程序。

        RTO蓄热式热处理炉采用陶瓷纤维模块作为迎火面,陶瓷纤维毯作为背衬,这样的方式能更高效率的应用,将热量最大程度的蓄积在罐体内,保证VOC的去除率在95%以上 。

        陶瓷纤维模块产品说明:

        陶瓷纤维模块是为简化和加快窑炉施工、提高炉衬整体性而推出的替代传统重质耐火材料的新型耐火炉衬制品,轻质的陶瓷纤维模块应用推动了窑炉砌筑技术的进步。

        陶瓷纤维模块产品特点:具有优良的化学稳定性;具有优良的热稳定性;具有优良的弹性,陶瓷纤维模块处于预压状态,在炉衬砌筑完毕后,将打包带打开,这样陶瓷纤维模块的膨胀使炉衬无缝隙,并可补偿纤维炉衬收缩,以提高纤维炉衬的绝热性能,整体性能好;具有优良的热稳定性及抗热震性;安装迅速,并且锚固件设置于壁衬冷面,可降低锚固件材质的要求;可根据客户不同炉型进行保温设计和施工培训。

        陶瓷纤维模块的比重一般为200--220kg/m3,尺寸为300*300*150--300mm,600*300*250--300mm,采用编织袋包装。

        固定陶瓷纤维模块用锚固件:陶瓷纤维模块专用锚固件的使用处于纤维块的冷面,其结构取决于保温材料的材质、窑炉气氛、陶瓷纤维模块的结构以及保温的部位。结构形式包括陶瓷纤维模块专用角铁式锚固件、蝶形锚固件、菱形锚固件、空吊式锚固件、拐角式锚固件;折叠块用人字架锚固件;U型穿钉、快速卡片、旋转卡片、穿筋、螺杆螺母、V型钉等。

        陶瓷纤维模块的典型应用:

        石油化工行业窑炉的炉衬绝热;冶金行业窑炉的炉衬绝热;陶瓷、玻璃等建材行业窑炉的炉衬绝热;热处理行业的热处理炉的炉衬绝热;其他工业窑炉炉衬。
