结构特征：(Structure Characteristic:)
1. 采用单层、双层、三层不锈钢结构，依据用户的要求设计搅拌系统。
It adopts the single-wall, double-wall or triple-wall stainless steel structure. We can design and provide mixing system according to the user's requirements.
2. 材料可选不锈钢304、304L、316、316L等。
Stainless steels 304,304L,316 and 316L are optional.
3. 产品注重物料的搅拌质量、安全性和可操作性。
The products focus on the mixing quality of materials ,security and operability.
4. 产品可设计成圆形、方形为主。筒体内壁过渡段均采用圆弧过渡，产品设计符合ASME BEP标准要求，无死角。
The product can be designed into circular and elliptic shapes and soon. Arc transition is adopted at the transition section in the inner wall of the tank. The product is designed to the ASME BPE standard, sanitation without blind angle.
5. 产品表面粗糙度通常在Ra 0.8~0.2 μm。
Generally, the surface roughness of the product is between Ra 0.8~0.2μm.

1. 搅拌动力可选：电动减速马达、气动减速马达、电动磁力驱动。
Mixing power can be chosen from：dynamo-electric motor, pneumatic motor and dynamo-electric magnetic drive etc.
2. 密封件可选：机械式、迷宫式、填料式、防尘式、高压式、真空式、螺旋式等。
